Dr. Soonpin Yei is a drug discovery veteran with 14 years of industrial research experience in developing biotherapeutics for the treatment of cancer, infectious diseases, inflammation, and genetic defects. Prior to joining Bio-Quant, Dr. Yei was a Principal Scientist at Telos Pharmaceutical, LLC (2003-2006) at where he was responsible for the Molecular Biology and Oncology groups. Dr. Yei was a Scientific Investigator at the Immune Response Corporation between 1997 to 2002, at where he was responsible for the development of cancer cell vaccines. Prior to his career at Immune Response Corporation, Dr. Yei was a Research Manager of New Project at Immusol, Inc. Dr. Yei was a Group Leader at Genetic Therapy, Inc. between 1992 and 1995, and was responsible for the pulmonary gene therapy project. Dr. Yei obtained his Ph.D. degree at the Wright State University , Dayton , Ohio , and finished his postdoctoral training at the St. Louis University , St. Louis , Missouri . Dr. Yei is a co-inventor for nine patents and authored 27 publications.
